Back 2 School Bash
Let’s celebrate and prepare for the upcoming school year at the Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 5!
THE BASH INCLUDES:
- Registration and Enrollment Assistance - Rooms 101 and 102
- Transportation Help - Dance Studio
- Vendors - Competition Gym
- School Organizations - Cafeteria
- Meet Campus Principals - Auxiliary Gym
- Photo Booths - CHS Auditorium and Front Lobby
- Book Fair - Library
This is the perfect opportunity to get your student ready to return to CISD. Important CISD information regarding registration, transportation, and child nutrition, will be available along with other fun and exciting opportunities for Braves of all ages!
Doors will open from 4:30-7:30 pm at Community High School on August 5, with vendors located throughout the building.
VENDORS: Our vendor space has been fully claimed.
If parents still need to register or enroll their children, Braves Tech will be on-site with over a dozen computers to walk parents through the registration process and answer any questions they may have, and the transportation department will set up stations for parents to check routes for the upcoming year. The Community High School library will also be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair® throughout the Bash!
Finally, Superintendent Dr. Tonya Knowlton will be at the Bash all day interacting with parents, students, and staff. Be sure to stop by and say hi!
We can’t wait to see every member of Brave Nation at the Bash on August 5, and we’re even more excited about the First Day of School on August 7! We hope you’ll join us in making the 2023-24 school year the best it can be!
Meet the Braves
After the Bash, head over to Braves Stadium for Meet the Braves!
Celebrate the upcoming athletics and fine arts season by joining us at Braves Stadium from 8-9 pm for the annual Meet the Braves event. We'll introduce the student-athletes involved in our fall sports, as well as the members of our Community Braves Band, Community High School Dazzlin' Dames, and CHS Braves CHEER team. This is also your chance to meet all new coaches and staff involved with these programs
