Mrs. Meagan Heath

Hello!  My name is Meagan Heath and I am so excited for my fourth year in Brave Nation, and my second year as Assistant Principal here at NeSmith Elementary.  This is my 11th year in education, and I have previously taught Pre-K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade.  My belief is that all students have the ability to succeed, we just have to find the special trick that unlocks their potential to soar.  Building relationships is always the foundation for anyone's success.  

I received my Master's Degree from Texas A&M Commerce, and my Bachelor's Degree from Tarleton State University.

I have been married to my husband, Shane, for five years, and we have a beautiful daughter, Taytum.  We also have three fur children whom we love dearly; Mace, Remi, and Hank.  

Let's focus on the good and continue to make Brave Nation the best place to be!
